Terms of Service

1. Service

SimpleClean uploads media to secure object storage and processes it with our cloud worker. A free preview may be available before you purchase or use paid processing time.

2. Acceptable use

• You may not use SimpleClean to infringe copyright or to process content you do not have the rights to
• You may not attempt to disrupt the service or probe its APIs abusively
• You may not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content

3. Plans and payments

Creem acts as the merchant of record and processes Subscription, Pay As You Go, and single-cleanup purchases. The price, currency, included processing time, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes and payment-method processing are handled by Creem.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. Pay As You Go and single-cleanup purchases are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

SimpleClean is currently running Creem in Test Mode: checkout sessions are test transactions and do not create real charges or collect real payments. We will update these terms when live payment processing is enabled.

4. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription directly from Account → Manage subscription, which opens the Creem Customer Portal. The portal shows the effective cancellation date. Unless the portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, no further renewal is charged, and subscription access and unused subscription minutes remain available until that date before expiring.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund requests are handled separately under the policy below.

5. Refund policy

Contact support@simpleclean.dev within 14 calendar days of purchase with your account email, Creem order details, and the reason for your request. We review requests individually and respond within 3 business days.

We may approve a full or partial refund for duplicate or accidental charges, a material service failure, or a cleaned result that could not be delivered as purchased. We may decline requests involving substantial consumption, successfully downloaded output, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Creem may also issue refunds at its discretion to prevent or resolve payment disputes.

6. Output

You retain all rights to your input files and to the cleaned output produced for you, subject to any rights held by third parties in the source material.

7. No warranty

The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Processing does not guarantee a specific audio quality outcome.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleClean is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
